Designed for businesses that need additional IT support but who cannot afford additional staff, Blade Technologies offers Service+ plans. When your company is subscribed to Service+, a technician is available to help remotely diagnose problems, solve issues, and provide basic IT support to your entire staff. In addition to our help desk service, we manage Microsoft software patches across your entire network and monitor your business critical systems. Our Service+ plans make it economical to keep your systems up to date, as well as avoid system problems that can often result in network downtime, lost productivity and high costs. With Service+, you gain all the advantages of a full time IT technician without the expensive additional overhead.

Review+

Blade Technologies’ Review+ is a secure, cross-platform discovery and evaluative routine performed on a weekly basis.   

To ensure that your systems are running correctly and maintained appropriately, Review+ includes reviewing server logs to check for errors that could result in future downtime.  These review services will help your network maintain maximum efficiency by providing an opportunity for proactive maintenance rather than reactive break/fix repairs that often result in network downtime, lost productivity, and high costs. 

Alert+

It is a fact of life in information technology: machines will fail. Power will go out. Hard drives will crash. When these events occur during the standard work day, it is hard not to notice. But what about nights and weekends?

Alert+ is a 24/7/365 monitoring service that notifies a Blade technician any time one of your servers or devices become unavailable. This could be caused by system reboots or power failures, for example. When this occurs, a Blade technician is notified via email and cell phone, at which point the technician determines the appropriate course of action.

Assist+

Until a company reaches a certain size, the cost of a full-time IT technician is prohibitive. However, IT issues plague companies of all sizes.

To alleviate this problem, Blade is now offering the Assist+ service. Any time one of your employees has a technical problem or question regarding their desktop or laptop PC, they can simply go to the Assist+ website. They will then be connected to a Blade technician who can diagnose and/or solve the issue they are having. If the problem is complex, then the issue will be escalated to one of our full-time system engineers.

For companies who already have an IT staff, Assist+ can be a valuable resource. Minor workstation related issues can be handled by Assist+, allowing your IT staff to focus on more important issues, such as server issues or hardware installation.

 

Patch+

Regardless of your office size, it is often a tedious and time consuming task to regularly check every machine to see if the Microsoft software is up-to-date. Furthermore, installing the patches often require all other running programs to be exited, as well as a system reboot, resulting in lost productivity for the employee.

Patch+ takes the patch maintenance out of your hands. Our certified specialists will enable the automatic patching and updating of your Microsoft software, schedule the application of patches at off-peak hours, as well as review on a weekly basis all available and unapplied patches.
